รายละเอียดงาน
1.Responsible for the docking, testing and launch of the financial Oracle system;
2.Responsible for AR accounting, sales invoicing and reconciliation with customers;
3.Responsible for AP accounting and reconciliation with suppliers;
4.Responsible for the review and accounting of FA, responsible for the mid-year and year-end inventory of fixed assets;
5.Responsible for the review and accounting of expenses and reimbursement;
6.Responsible for the accounting and inventory counting of production costs (inventory and manufacturing costs)
7.Responsible for the financial statements of PRC GAAP, the US GAAP and IFRS
8.Responsible for tax declaration, business communication with the tax department, maintenance of tax-enterprise relationship, and cooperation with tax inspection;
9.Responsible for the related work of BOI audit
10.Prepare parts import documents, contact the contracted freight forwarder, and arrange for the freight forwarder to pick up the goods at BFCEC.
11.Cooperate with local customs and freight forwarding companies to handle import and export customs clearance, customs declaration and freight forwarding.
12.Within the bonded area, complete customs supervision tasks and cooperate with customs auditors for on-site inspections every year; manage the electronic accounting system and submit other related documents to the bonded area to the customs.
13.Complete the parts import and export related materials required by local customs and other government departments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and accounting
- Experiences: More than 5 years of tax related work experience; working experience in Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred; working experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- Skill: Good communication and coordination skills; tax risk early warning and control capabilities and data analysis capabilities;
- Language: Fluent in Chinese and Thai bilingual communication skills.
- CPD license
