•Managing a team of Sales Representatives that serve as the initial sales engagement to potential net-new customers. •Drive the development of sales skills, including inbound/outbound prospecting, lead/qualification, and objection handling. •Teach, coach and mentor the next generation of successful sales professionals. •Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications. •Participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, and in-person customer meetings. •Comfortable with Contract negotiation •Skilled with account planning, reporting, and coordinating what assistance you need from other areas of the business such as bid team, Technical/Solution Architects, etc.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development with knowledge of SaaS or Salesforce applications (a plus)
  3. Track record of successful business development in enterprise solutions, software, or tech sales environment.
  4. Proven sales skills delivering inbound & outbound experiences and building strong relationships at multiple levels within an organization
  5. Experience managing all areas of the BDR process including account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and objection handling
  6. Fluency in English
  7. Highly motivated and ambitious
  8. At least 1-2 years of lead generation/selling experiences
  9. Team player and ability to work in a high energy sales environment
