-Contribute to the formulation and implementation of business policies within the service sector.
-Participate in formulating service management guidelines.
-Play a role in managing and promoting the implementation of the service management system.
-Engage in marketing and customer care activities for after-sales services.
-Contribute to the planning and execution of new car service rights and the management of suppliers.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or relevant fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in after-sales operations, and experience in multiple after-sales positions are preferred.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in English; Chinese speaking ability is preferred.
