รายละเอียดงาน
- วางแผนการซ่อมบำรุง หรือ การทำ PM (Preventive Mainternance) เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เครื่องจักรเกิด Breakdown
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาสาเหตุในการเสียของเครื่องจักร / Analyze problems and causes of machine breakdowns
- Work Request ใบแจ้งซ่อม แก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อเครื่องขัดข้อง / repair notification, fixing problems when the machine breaks down
- Create TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- การทำ OEE หรือการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักรให้สามารถใช้ประโยชน์ได้สูงสุด / Doing OEE or increasing the efficiency of machinery to be able to use it to the utmost.
- ควบคุมอะไหล่เครื่องจักรและระบบไฟฟ้า Spare part ที่ใช้สำหรับในงานซ่อมบำรุง เช็คสเปคของที่จะสั่งซื้อ / Control spare parts of machinery and electrical systems. Spare parts used in maintenance work. Check the specifications of the item to be ordered.
- 5ส และ อื่นๆที่ลดการสูญเสียต่างๆ / 5S and others that reduce various losses.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineer, Electrical, Electronic or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an automotive parts manufacturing environment. will be given special consideration
- Have an experience for product transfer and new model preparation.
- Have an experience for set up new model and product transfer from Local or oversea.
- Have real experience in solving machine problems.
- Good knowledge of electrical diagrams.
- Good Knowledge of statistical process control and basic of statistic.
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS office, Auto-CAD and other engineering software etc.
- Have the positive thinking and flexibility.
- Self-starter and self-motivator.
- Able to use basic English.
- Able to work well as a team.
- Can withstand pressure well
- PLC programming is possible.
