The job responsibilities: 1. Familiar with the construction economic laws, regulations, standards and rates formulated by the state and the competent authorities. 2. Familiar with the construction drawings, participate in the drawing review, and participate in the budget preparation of the bidding projects. 3. Familiar with the basic materials and construction site conditions of the unit project, and understand the construction technology and methods used. 4. Master and be familiar with the composition and calculation methods of various projects. 5. According to the composition, calculation method and preparation procedure of the construction drawing budget, prepare the construction budget. 6. Adjust the design changes, construction method changes, material price differences, and complete the adjustment plan. 7. Responsible for the price review, contract review, and project payment review of engineering (equipment, materials), to meet the needs of engineering construction. 8. Responsible for the review and handling of the project completion settlement. 9. Do a good job in related data management and establish a ledger.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

College degree or above, majoring in engineering management, civil engineering or related fields.
Proficient in professional software such as AutoCAD, Excel and other budgeting software. Familiar with CAD drawing software and building information modeling (BIM).
Have certain work experience, familiar with the process and operation rules of project costing. Able to carry out the work of preparation of bill of quantities, pricing quotation, pre-settlement review and other aspects.
Good communication skills and coordination ability.
Have high attention to detail and patience. Able to detect and correct errors.
