Work Location: Minburi
Level IT Support : 18-28K
Level Network Engineer 18-28K
1.Set up and configures desktop computers, laptops, peripherals and IT infrastructure;
2.Troubleshoot, diagnose problems, implement corrective action procedures and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate;
3.Install software, install and repair hardware and peripherals;
4.Provide every day technical support for individuals using computer systems, applications and IT network;
5.Research and recommend system equipment upgrades and manage equipment inventory;
6.Work with hardware vendors to resolve equipment failures/problems;
7.Assist with complex technical projects;
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field;
- Knowledge of a variety of hardware, software, programming languages, and operation systems;
- Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing Fundamentals. CCNA is a plus but not required;
- Knowledge of setup and configuration of Cisco, Unifi, Mikrotik, Grandstream, Cambium devices such as router, switch, IP phones, wireless controller and access points is a plus;
- Knowledge of handling Asset Management and Inventory;
- Good at English: verbal and written communication;
- Works independently with minimal supervision;
- Willing to work on public holidays and shifting schedules including night shifts;
- Working hours are shifting schedules, 5 days per week, amounting to 40 hours per week, and will be changed in accordance with the assigned project;
