รายละเอียดงาน
- Define the research and product development department's plans in alignment with the company's goals, while linking them to the policies of other relevant departments, as well as meeting the needs and expectations of customers.
- Establish efficient methods and procedures for the operations of the research and product development department.
- Listen to the needs from both internal and external departments and define action plans to achieve the set goals.
- Allocate internal resources appropriately to support and drive the achievement of departmental goals.
- Set guidelines and support for the development of new products to meet the needs of both internal and external customers on time.
- Collaborate with internal departments to implement projects aimed at improving and reducing production costs.
- Research and develop new products that offer innovation and new ideas for customers, including the development of packaging designs, which may lead to future orders.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female, aged 35-45 years
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IE, ME, PE, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in research and product development.
- Knowledgeable in Lean/Kaizen, New Innovation, Management Skills
- Excellent English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in production processes and packaging.
- In-depth understanding of product manufacturing processes and related materials, such as packaging processes, printing technology, packaging technology, etc.
- Able to present and propose new ideas for product and production process development appropriately.
