1. Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting application issues and resolving problems.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical issues.
3.Analyze user requirements and business processes to identify areas for improvement.
4.Develop and maintain technical documentation related to applications.
5.Manage and prioritize support tickets and provide timely updates to end-users.
6.Coordinate with software developers to test and deploy new features and fixes.
7. Conduct training and provide support to end-users on new and existing applications.
8. Participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
9. Coordinate with team members and vendors to deliver products as planned.
