Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and ensure team alignment towards their achievement. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas of improvement. Develop and control operating budget, monitor PC performance, and collaborate with brand team to establish and achieve sales target. Manage corporate outlets and retail stores' employees, including hiring, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties. Coaching and facilitate on the job training of salespeople for their career development. Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales and operations professionals

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or operations management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Open to diversity and cultural differences with positive attitude
Fluent in English and Thai is required.
