Key Responsibilities:
•Assist HR Manager to develop and implement annual recruitment plan. Responsible for the employee recruitment and dismissal
•Assist HR Manager to make the company HR plan
•Responsible for the employee training and development plan
•Company management Rule & regulation
•Company management Employee Relation (ER)
•Assist HR Manager to deal with the daily management work
•Be able to do the employee performance evaluation and submit the suggestion about HR for management team
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree of HR
- Over 5 years HR experiences in Full function of HR
- Experiences in Manufacturing
- Good understanding about Thailand labor law
- Proficient in MS office
- High-Efficiency, High responsibility
- Good command of English
