รายละเอียดงานResponsibilities :
- Actively approach new or existing prospect/client/partner through calling, appointments from the leads provided by the team, or your personal network for close selling/cross-selling/upselling
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Keep records after having a call or an appointment and note useful information in the database or CRM
- Keep improving or developing sales strategies to increase the conversion rate or possibilities of success by understanding customers’ pain points, and demands and giving feedback to the team for - discussing the right solutions
- Working to specific daily targets and to meet the standard of the Department, ensuring that quality service to our customers is best delivered
- Contact and convince new or existing customers to inform new product/service features or hot promotions using appropriate strategies or conversion funnel
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Manage to achieve the KPI targets
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum 1-year working experience in Telesales/Sales/Business Development with a successful tracking record
- Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, Analytical and Interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Thai
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, solve complex problems promptly, and deal with different personalities
- Knowledge of the Financial market (Forex/Commodities/Stocks/Indices) is a plus!
