รายละเอียดงาน
•Analyze, design, and oversee work on the structure of houses, club houses, entrance facades, project fences, and various infrastructure of village projects.
•Control repair work, including raising road surfaces and fences.
•Explain structural engineering problems and solutions to residents.
•Provide correct construction guidelines to prevent future problems.
•Follow up on repair work and report progress until completion.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 5-10 years of experience in structural design or construction supervision.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in residential repair work.
- Ability to design reinforced concrete structures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in report writing and presentation creation.
- Availability to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Willingness to travel to work sites as assigned.
- Own car and valid driver's license preferred.
