The role involves monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries to ensure that the company has a sufficient amount of necessary materials or equipment especially for the operation fleet. Receive any orders, and verify that the correct items and amounts have been delivered. Carefully checks purchase orders for accuracy, completeness and clarity. Procurement Specialist shall follow the company’s process ensuring verification of product information, shipping information, cost and delivery dates are all correct before obtaining authorization to place an order. Maintain and managed vendor/supplier relationship management, providing flexibility in negotiations. Knowledge apply to use SAP in managing purchasing transactions and process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectively.
Support in handling all purchasing management and assignments from Procurement Manager as required.
