รายละเอียดงาน
1.Read the construction drawings, the amount of materials and check the properties you want to order.
2.Get a purchase requisition analysis that analyzes the type of product and the quantity purchased.
3.Study the market conditions, where to buy. and analyze the potential of the seller and present to the Manager or related persons.
4.Follow up with the seller to submit a quotation for consideration and selection.
5.Receive and analyze requests for quotations from vendors.
6.Provide opinions on how to select vendors offering the best prices and conditions.
7.Accurately calculate the cost of the material to be ordered and present it to the management.
8.Send the purchase order to the seller you want to buy.
9.Follow up on the purchase results according to the contact.
10.Coordinate with all other departments.
11.Support job assignment from management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineer or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of work experience in Sourcing & Operational Purchasing activities
- Strong knowledge in Sourcing / Materials planning and Inventory management
- Excellent in project management, negotiation and strategic execution
- Good personality, problem solving, Analytical, Planning, proactive, high responsible, adaptable
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and making sounds decision
- Fluent in Thai and English
