- Proficiency in various office software including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheet management, database administration, and presentation design, which are crucial for efficient and effective office operations.
- Possession of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills that facilitate seamless interaction and collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders. This includes both written and verbal communication, and the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Familiarity with welding production processes and various vehicle configurations, encompassing a deep understanding of different welding techniques, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and knowledge of different vehicle types and their specific configurations.
