Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for toys, pop culture movies, series, and cartoons, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout their interaction with our brand.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through various channels including Facebook, Instagram, Line, Shopee, and Lazada.
Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and order processing.
Provide product recommendations and information based on customer preferences and interests.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize the customer experience and drive sales.
Basic proficiency in English required (at least beginner level).
Working Schedule: The successful candidate will be expected to work 5-6 days a week with office hours from 10:30 to 17:30.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada is a plus.
- High energy and positive attitude.
- Passion for toys, pop culture movies, series, and cartoons.
