Use strong English communication skills to monitor and manage the quality control process in PCB manufacturing.
Conduct tests and inspections, ensuring product compliance with technical specifications and international quality standards.
Apply analytical skills to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Collaborate with production teams using clear and professional English to improve product quality and efficiency.
Prepare detailed documentation, inspection records, and quality reports in English for internal and external use.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards or other relevant quality management systems, including interpreting related documentation in English.
Communicate with suppliers and ensure material quality, utilizing English for effective cross-border coordination.
Serve as a communication bridge between local teams and overseas stakeholders, especially in Chinese-speaking regions, by leveraging English proficiency.
Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, using English to convey process changes and training materials clearly.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field; English major is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Proven experience in a QA role is preferred, especially with relevant English communication experience.
- Solid knowledge and practical application of quality control processes and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good team player with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams, especially in English-speaking environments.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management system certifications is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA-related software tools.
