- Assist in implementing recruitment plans based on the company’s manpower requirements.
- Prepare job advertisements and post on appropriate recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and conduct initial interviews when needed.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Coordinate with hiring departments to ensure timely onboarding.
- Support campus recruitment and job fair activities when required.
2. Training
- Assist in organizing onboarding training for new employees.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
- Maintain training records and prepare regular reports on training effectiveness.
- Collect feedback and support continuous improvement of training materials and methods.
- Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and recommend suitable programs.
3. Others
- Support HR projects related to talent development and employer branding.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Supervisor or Manager.
