- Responsible for hunting Key Account-to-be sellers by educating the SHOPPING platform features and offering seller package to onboard
- Identify channel for seeking potential sellers from various channels such as social media, e-marketplace platform, or LINE Official Account
- Building/defining customized negotiation/pitching strategy with the key sellers/brands they will acquire
- Educate and incubate the newly acquired sellers to ensure the potential growth to achieve target GMV within certain months
- A consultative selling style is desired, coupled with the structure and organizational skills needed to drive revenue and smooth operation
- In depth understanding of seller insights and able to leverage these insights to build strong relationships with sellers. Have basic analysis skills to track seller MOM performance and be able to propose execution ideas to help increase sales
- Have high accountability and responsibility to follow through each task as well as high ownership of each account.
