-Administrative and clerical support to a purchasing manager
- Assessing the needs of Project and assist the manager in making choices about supplier sourcing, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
-Support manager in studying the market to identify price trends and future availability of materials and goods, including determine pricing strategies that allow the company to remain competitive and profitable
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely deliveries
-Monitoring contract compliance and making sure that suppliers adhere to contractual obligations
-Reviewing purchase orders and other documents to ensure that they comply with company policies and procedures
-Travel to other locations of the factory to perform the work, monitor and manage the team
-Support manager in select supplier and negotiate contracts, negotiate price and contact with supplier, builds and maintain relationships with supplier.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree of Business Administration Program in Management or related fields
- At lease 2-5 years working experience of Purchasing
- Good communication skills in Thai, Chinese, speaking, reading and writing. (If you can get English language, this will be considered as a special case)
- Good personal relationship and communication skills
- Able to use basic Microsoft programs
- Can withstand pressure
- Able to go work in other provinces
- Able to work overtime
- Can drive a car and has a license
