รายละเอียดงาน
-Controls sanitation activities, material, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets
-Control sanitation schedules of the assigned sanitation program.
-Ensures sanitation result are in compliance of standards
-Responsible for the management and supervision of the assigned sanitation.
-Monitor the performance and output of the team and re-assign sanitation tasks and inputs to ensure that sanitation
-specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards are met.
-Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake standard and complex sanitation tasks safely and in accordance with instructions
-Perform basic maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot problems, or arrange for equipment to be repaired or serviced by appropriate technicians
-Analyse appropriate headcount for each sanitation task.
-Allocate work to individual worker to suit with sanitation task at that day
-Coach and mentor less experienced workers to help them use sanitation equipment or resolve problems
-Maintain accurate daily production records for the team so that manufacturing performance can be analysed.
-Communicate knowledge, regulation and Company message to subordinates
-Ensure subordinates work with occupational health and safety, monitor that working environment is in compliance with the Company safety and environment policy and strategy
-Contribute to any special assignment as requested by superior
-Keep to develop sanitation task, equipment to improve sanitation work and result.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree
- Bachelor of Food Sciences, Business Management, Applied Statistic or related field
- Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Computer literacy
