รายละเอียดงาน
1. Responsible for the suppliers under the jurisdiction
2. Check RMs status for mass and pilot project with Special and Auto.
3. Responsible for the orders with suppliers and following the deliveries.
4. Making order amendment and cancellation according to MPS change
5. Building up good cooperation with suppliers and try our best to meet the on-time delivery rate of up to 98%.
6. Inventory control, collecting information of production schedule. MPS. Material lead time. MOQ etc. and Coordinate with relevant Dept. to avoid the occurrence of the death material.
7. Tracking the changes of the products and follow up the implementation status.
8. Create the monthly material track list and check with suppliers then send the precise list to the account department.
9. Apply for spot buy and air freight PPV due to supplier’s delay, forwarder delay, production over scrap and MOQ issues.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 5 years related PMC working experience and with well communication ability and Problem-solving ability.
- Good at English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Familiar with related procedures and good at office software and ERP system.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities, strong execution.
- Excellent team player.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Well-understand the Company policy and follow the employee manual and COC.
- Familiar with the harness appliance and automotive industry and standards.
- Well understanding on the fair competition and same standards to the vendors and customers.
