GA Officer
Assist with day-to-day administrative work for the operation site to ensure efficiency and reliability (may include site facility, car-pool, pest control, mail distribution, messenger services, etc).
Liaise with vendors and services providers (eg. cleaning, security and maintenance personnel).
Address and resolve administrative issues or escalate as seen fit.
Assist with stock management, inventory control, equipment rentals and meeting room coordination.
Other related duties as requested by GA Lead / FM
Receptionist
Welcome clients, vendors, visitors in a professional and friendly manner and assist with general information about company and facilities.
Manage courier services and track incoming-outgoing deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years’ experience as a GA
- Good basic computer application skills and adaptability skills.
- Good communication of English (B2 - C1 Level).
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, visitors and internal staff.
- Welcoming nature and awareness of different cultural norms and practices.
- Can work Wed-Sun + Public Holiday assigned (9.00am - 6.00pm)
