* Provide Installation, Technical Support, Maintenance and trouble shootings to customers for Cyber Security Solution
* Provide phone and email support service to external customers.
* Provide on-site support on technical incidents/problems reported by customers, follow through the case from problem analysis, resolution, to the proper closure of the incident
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Professional certifications are an advantage (i.e. SECURITY+, CySA+, CEH or similar)
- At least 5 + years’ experience in Cyber Security.
- Must have in-depth knowledge in IGA, SSE and Cloud Security Solution (AWS, GCP, Azure, Tencent)
- Must have strong in English skills; Speaking, Listening, Reading
- IGA, SSE, AWS, GCP, Azure, Tencent Certificate would be advantage
- Professional certifications are an advantage (i.e. SECURITY+, CySA+, CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar)
- High ability to learn new technology
