• Develop and maintain relationship with Interior Designers, Architects, contractors, Building Managers/Owners (including hospitality industry) and Property Developers.
For Technical Sales Executive
• Develop and maintain relationship with existing key accounts including furniture factories, OEM factories, contractors etc.
For Both Project Sales Executive and Technical Sales Executive:
• Provide customers with paint consultation, paint specification, project coordination and value-added customer service.
•Develop new customer accounts by marketing company product lines and offering value-added services and availability inform to decision-makers
•Maintain current customer data including quotations, sales contracts, schedules and other pertinent account details.
•Negotiate and establish sales quotes for Buyers including owners or contractors based on volume of products purchases and nature of marketplace to effectively offer competitive pricing and ensure the highest profitability.
•Establish periodic goals and objectives and understand how they will be measured, receive feedback from Sales Manager and work towards achieving agreed upon results within the stated time period.
•Recommend the addition of new distribution partners as needed to accomplish national and local sales and service goals.
•Complaint settlement.
•Perform paint and application training for customers as customer needs dictate.
•Develop strategies, tactics, and contingency plans
