รายละเอียดงาน
-Manage product stock to ensure it is organized and in line with the company's policies.
-Oversee and control product storage and solve storage-related issues to ensure maximum efficiency.
-Plan warehouse space management to optimize space usage and ensure safety.
-Monitor, control, and improve employee work methods to meet KPI goals.
-Communicate the company’s policies and goals to employees and ensure proper implementation.
-Develop and enhance the skills of employees in the department for improved performance.
-Analyze warehouse issues and develop solutions to prevent and resolve them in accordance with the operational plan.
-Ensure employees adhere to company rules and regulations.
-Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ ช่วงอายุ 35-45 ปี
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Knowledge of Stock Management, WMS (Warehouse Management System), FIFO, and Lean Logistics.
- Strong planning, management, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and warehouse data to improve processes.
- Proficient in using ERP warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
- Able to work under pressure and solve urgent issues effectively.
- Available to work Monday to Saturday.
