1、Design and optimize localized performance management systems, guide reviews, and analyze data to support talent development.
2、Conduct training needs assessments, develop/execute localized programs, and track effectiveness for continuous improvement.
3、Manage full-cycle ER (onboarding/offboarding, contracts, disputes) compliant with Thai labor laws and enhance engagement via cultural activities.
4、Drive organizational structure optimization, succession planning, and cultural integration to build internal talent pipelines.
5、Administer C&B programs (salary, benefits, incentives) in line with local regulations and market competitiveness, collaborating with finance.
6、Liaise with global HQ in Chinese, monitor Thai labor law updates, and ensure compliance through policy adjustments and training.
