รายละเอียดงาน-Analyse and Plan for Customer Management
-Plan Sales Visit.
-Promote Sales Campaign for parts sales.
-Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs.
-Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur, using sales toolkit.
-Performs other tasks as required by Dealer Manager and Co-ordinate with Parts Supervisor.
-Assist customers in coordinating with Dealers and Accounting, handling customer complaints, concerns, etc. and make sure the issue or problem is followed for customer.
