3. Conduct preliminary comparisons between customer-required specifications and existing company product specifications, and coordinate with relevant departments to assess the feasibility of customization based on customer requirements.
4. Coordinate the delivery of product samples and relevant certification documents to customers for testing and quality evaluation purposes.
5. Follow up and gather analysis results of product samples from the factory to support quality assurance efforts.
6. Receive customer concerns, feedback, and complaints, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively and enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Provide clarification on product quality matters and participate in the resolution process of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and reduce the impact of any arising issues.
8. Prepare technical product information and factory certifications to support international sales activities.
9. Research and monitor regulatory requirements and labeling laws of destination countries, and prepare a summarized registry of such regulations to support the development or revision of product labels in compliance with applicable laws.
10. Prepare and maintain documentation related to the company’s quality management system.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
