• Provide end-user and problem resolution for computers, laptop/notebook computers, MacBook, printers and other peripheral hardware, and software applications.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Manage all the workstation for fully equipped and well connected to system and network all times.
• Performing troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions
• Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in help desk technician or other IT customer support.
- Experiences with Microsoft 365, OneDrive & share point.
- Knowledge of computer setup, system and network etc.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Good command in English skill.
