รายละเอียดงาน
•Assist the international sales team in managing schedules, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries.
•Coordinate with logistics, production, and regulatory teams to ensure timely product deliveries across borders.
•Prepare and manage documentation related to export regulations, shipping, and customer orders.
•Maintain customer databases, ensuring accuracy in international client information.
•Respond to client queries related to product specifications, availability, and pricing.
•Assist with the preparation of proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations.
•Support the sales team in organizing international events, trade shows, and client meetings.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Fluent in English only or both English and Chinese
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in international sales or sales support.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export processes, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across different cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Able to work on every other Saturday.
