•Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with assigned customers to generate new business for the company.
•Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume & value of assigned territory.
•Seeking and initiating the new business opportunity then generate the strategy to increase sales in assigned territory by focusing in customer needs, market and competitors analysis.
•Forecast sales on a timely basis to enable operations planning to ensure supply.
•Introduce and recommend products, technology, and services by evaluating results and competitive developments to clients of assigned account.
•Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, Market share position, customer update, market update and competitor update etc.
•Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
•Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations for problem/issue elimination and develop customer satisfaction.
•Service existing accounts and obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or to visit for potential sales and other trade factors.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Others as assigned by the supervisor and manager.
