Internal Operations
1. IATF & ISO systems upkeep & improvement
2. KPI monitoring
3. Internal audit
4. New product engineering and implementation
5. Mold development control
6. Abnormality evaluation & resolution
7. Environmental & safety elements monitoring and improvement
8. Major tasks follow-up
9. General continuous improvement
Sales Functions
1. Keep in contact with customers (local & abroad) to satisfy customer demand and explore business opportunities.
2. Relay customer information to internal departments and coordinate supporting operations.
3. Review internal process to support customers and ensure cost basis in line with established standard.
4. Together with purchasing department, contact major suppliers to ensure prompt and consistent support, and to gather info on possible business opportunities.
5. Prepare and review quotations.
6. Monitor order status to ensure in line with production capacity.
7. Relay internal issues to customers and negotiate for adequate compromise.
8. Build and maintain company image.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male / Female
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Good command of Tradifional Chinese/Mandarin communications, listening and speaking or good command of English communications.
- Good people skills
- Proactive working attitude
