รายละเอียดงานWorking Location : near BTS Ekkamai : 1 Position
Working Hour: Monday - Friday (09:00 am - 18:00) and every Saturday (9:00 am - 12:00)
Day off: Every Sunday and last Saturday of the month
Responsibilities :
1. Support Delivery & Installation Operations
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating delivery and installation appointments with customers.
- Monitor and follow up daily progress to ensure smooth operations and on-time service.
- Prepare and update documents or reports related to delivery and installation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, installation team, and logistics to ensure readiness and issue resolution.
2. After Sales Service Support
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, claims, and complaints related to product delivery or installation.
- Record and follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and service teams to support complaint handling and service execution.
- Update service records and maintain customer service logs accurately.
3. Communication & Coordination
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and internal systems.
- Assist in developing FAQs or guidelines for internal use to improve customer handling efficiency.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve service processes and internal communication.
4. Administrative & Process Improvement Tasks
- Support any project related to after-sales service improvement or company service strategy.
- Assist in preparing regular service reports or data for management review.
- Support team in maintaining proper filing and documentation systems related to customer service and logistics.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CRM or Customer Service, specifically in after-sales and planning functions.
- Experience in the Furniture Business or High-End Industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in English and computer applications.
- Service-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
