• Lead configuration, implementation, migration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM modules.
• Manage new system setups, upgrades, and integration with other platforms.
• Handle D365 supports tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation.
• Liaise and coordinate with overseas D365 teams and vendors for system improvements and issue resolution.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to end-users.
• Maintain roles, access permissions, and system security compliance.
• Monitor performance and ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
• Lead IT projects across infrastructure, security, and applications.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for project delivery.
• Track milestones, prepare reports, and ensure timely project completion.
• Support strategic initiatives in IT to align technology with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations, QMS, ISO, and IT policies.
• Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
