รายละเอียดงาน
Supervise and manage the export operations to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Warehouse, and Production to align export schedules and requirements.
Liaise with shipping agents, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities to facilitate smooth export processes.
Review and verify export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other required documents.
Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.
Control and optimize export-related costs and seek opportunities for cost reduction.
Prepare monthly export reports and analyze data to improve operational efficiency.
Lead and develop the export team to enhance performance and ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 Year Experience in Export Document or related field
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade regulations.
- Ability to work well with teams and independently.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Starting work immediately will be given special consideration
- New Graduate are welcome
