- Act as an Area Manager, driving sales of cheese and cold cut products across assigned stores.
- Able to cut, repack, and pair cheese and cold cut items for sales or customer tasting purposes.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, including educating and advising customers on cheese varieties in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Ensure displays are clean, well-stocked, and attractively presented, including cross-merchandising within the cheese section.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of various cheese and cold cut products, including origins, types, and uses.
- Work closely with store staff to develop product knowledge and assist with cheese presentations and events.
- Provide ongoing in-store training to team members and help improve selling techniques for cheese and cold cut items.
- Identify sales opportunities and implement action plans to grow sales in the cheese category.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in food business, Nutrition, or related fields
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Above-average knowledge of cheese (including varieties, handling, and pairing)
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies that enhance cheese product performance
- Effective coaching and mentoring skills preferred
- Capable of working collaboratively with management, colleagues, and customers
- Ability to communicate in English
