รายละเอียดงาน
1.Drive revenue, adoption, and market segment share for our product.
2.Earn trust of customers and recommend product solutions that fit their business needs.
3.Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using our product.
4.Conduct regular business reviews, and reports the status of ongoing activities, including any escalated activities to manager.
5.Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas
6.Provide sales forecasts and market needs and requirements to manager.
7.Review and approve tender proposals and occasionally prepare cost calculations.
8.Analyze current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance.
9.Identify prioritization and trade-offs for meeting adoption and revenue targets
10.Manage relationships with suppliers and execution teams both internal and external to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Technology or related field.
- Experience at least 2 years in sales/presales management is preferable.
- Experience selling related to Waste water treatment product, Fiber glass, scrubber, GRC etc. will be most advantage.
- Able to work independently with self-initiative and under pressure.
- Always be opened-minded to discuss about new solutions with team.
- A strong analytical mind with good organizing, constructive communications, interpersonal skills, negotiating and closing skills with prospects and customers.
- Have own transportation with valid driver’s license and able to travel.
