1. Comprehensive Management of Daily Financial Affairs of BOI Enterprises: Responsible for the preparation, review, and submission of accounting statements, ensuring the figures are true, calculations are accurate, and content is complete; preparation of accounting vouchers, ensuring the original vouchers are legal and compliant, content is true, procedures are complete, and figures are correct; the accounting subjects listed in the bookkeeping vouchers are reasonable and accurate without error.
2. Responsible for the Statistics, Aggregation, and Transmission of Various Financial Indicators of the Company: Meet the internal and external financial information needs of the company, ensuring the figures are accurate and the submission is timely.
3. Responsible for Financial System Audit Matters: Accept inspections from finance, tax, audit, and other departments, and provide all required financial materials truthfully.
4. Fully Responsible for the Review of Finance-Related Documents in the Company's ERP System.
5. Ensure Timely and Complete Recording and Binding of Financial Vouchers, and Timely and Accurate Issuance of Invoices.
6. Accurately Calculate the Company's Costs.
7. Complete Other Tasks Assigned by Superiors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education and Professional Skills: Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance or related fields.
- Work Experience Requirements: Experience in BOI-related manufacturing industry. Experience in operating the Kingdee ERP system.
- Possess relevant professional certificates or titles in Thailand.
- Bilingual communication in Thai and Chinese.
