- Manage Service Apartment operations to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest experience.
- Identify and implement strategic performance drivers to optimize commercial performance and attract a diverse range of expatriate who stay with us.
- Create a performance-driven culture that ensures our property meets the business objectives of key stakeholders: guests, employees, owners
- Able to work under pressure and solve the facing problem. If any incidents that need the urgent decision.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age: 40-50 years old
- Gender: Male / Female
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Apartment Manager, Resident Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, or other senior leadership roles with strong experience.
- Good people leadership skills will ensure that the preferred candidate can manage a small multi-skilled team
- We encourage applicants with a passion for customer service and a strong record of operational experience to apply.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
