รายละเอียดงาน
1.Implement various rules and regulations for equipment management, formulate equipment maintenance plans, and ensure smooth production;
2.Track and analyze SMT processes to ensure feasibility, continuously optimize prosses, and achieve a balance between efficiency and quality;
3.Implement equipment maintenance plans, prevent in advance, and reduce the occurrence of equipment failures; Strengthen technical training to ensure the quality of equipment maintenance and unnecessary replacement of accessories;
4.Participate in equipment accident analysis with engineers, conduct in-depth reflection on accidents, accumulate experience, and prevent accidents from happening again.
5.Reponsible for personnel deployment and cadre training, improving organizational structure, and developing annual departmental recruitment plans;
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SMT operations and at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and team management abilities, with a focus on staff development.
