Position Summary
The Process Management Developer will be responsible for improving / standardizing / maintaining operational process within transport department. This role includes process analysis, identification of best practices for transport operations, and improvement initiatives by leveraging computer programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Python to enhance streamline processes. And includes summarizing data from the developed systems, process documentation with compliance / HS& E team.
Job Accountabilities
General Duties
•Get requirements from stakeholders (Internal/External) then work closely with Managements, Operations and another team, to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
•Identify improvement potential and discuss improvement opportunities with related teams, especially system team.
•Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software or systems, by leveraging computer programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Python to enhance streamline processes.
•Support day-to-day operations for system troubleshooting and solving problems with related team.
•Responsible for transport process management, document control as well as standardized processes across all transport business such as SOP / WI / Policy together with another team.
•Report daily / weekly / monthly performance of developed system.
•Other tasks be assigned.
Safety / Compliance
•Participate in HS& E training courses and other activities when necessary to align with HS& E policy engagement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or similar
- 0-3 years’ experience in provision of third-party logistics services
- Familiarity with computer programming language such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Python.
- Basic understanding of SAP/TMS (Transport Management System) interfacing mechanism and knowledge of supply chain operations.
- Good working knowledge of computer skills especially Excel/PowerPoint skills (Able to conduct a dashboard with Excel / Power BI is a plus)
