The PMC Specialist is responsible for the detailed forecasting and production planning, coordinating and optimizing the production schedule to ensure timely delivery to the end customer.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and collaborate with planning and logistics function in other M-Tek locations regarding lead times, production start and potential disturbances.
- Ensure timely product delivery by developing and maintaining detailed production schedules and actively managing internal stakeholders to achieve material availability and production capacity.
- Establish and periodically review production capacity including tact and setup times for each part of production.
- Setup and maintenance of Bills of Material in ABAS ERP system.
- Monitor daily production progress and adjust schedules to address bottlenecks or delays.
- Coordinate with production team to ensure adequate staffing and machine availability.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement best practices in forecasting and scheduling and usage of ABAS ERP system in cooperation with other M-Tek locations.
Qualification:
- Thai language, proficient English language skills. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Drive for results & Results oriented

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 5 years of working experience as Production Planning in PCBA business or electronics manufacturing.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using ABAS ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with production planning in a high-mix, low-volume production environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments.
- Thai language, proficient English language skills. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Living in / nearby Chonburi / Amata City. Travel time < 1 hour. Willingness to move to Chonburi area.
