รายละเอียดงาน•Develop and execute sales strategies for a plastic masterbatch manufacturer (Pigment, additive, new product Development).
•Develop sales plans such as securing and expediting orders.
•Manage and grow existing accounts while actively identifying and acquiring new customers, particularly in the plastic compounder industries.
•Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet customer targets.
•Coordinate with internal teams, such as the BD manager, to tailor solutions based on customer requirements.
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales and product strategies.
•Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the BD manager
•Proactive customer service mindset with strong follow-up discipline
•Self-motivated and capable of working independently
•Able to prioritize and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
•Negotiation skills that balance value for both customer and company
