รายละเอียดงาน•To manage the operations of the portfolio of contracts
•To understand contractual obligations and meet all customer expectations under the agreement
•Provide leadership and management to site staff, Contract both hard and soft services
•Be proactive in understanding the various clients’ requirements and ensure that this understanding is maintained, acted upon and developed further where possible
•Client retention through customer satisfaction and client relations.
•Introduction of best practices across sites, looking at value add opportunities
•Provide site-specific standard operation procedures and ensure all staff follow these procedures thus reducing risk to our employees and our customer’s employees
•Engage and manage suppliers, tradespersons and Sodexo staff that will be required on site to assess tender submissions on behalf of the client
•Ensure facility preserves a high-level maintenance and appearance
•Manage the account and financical report so that we follow all budget plans on a monthly basis
•Attend weekly/monthly meetings with client to assesses current progress
•Disciplinary procedures conducted in line with Sodexo policy
•Reducing maintenance turnaround periods and downtime of plant and equipment
•Provide summary of financial reports and manage the account so that we follow all budget plans on a monthly basis
•Ensure all client invoice are paid on time.
•Manage vendor to align with contract requirement and meet agreed SLA/KPI for both hard and soft services
•Adhere to occupational health and safety management regulations by providing site specific standard operation procedures and to ensure all staff follow these procedures thus reducing risk to our employees and our customers employees
•Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - A proven background at least 5 to 8 years in the field of facility management or similar related experience
- A proven track record in the management and establishment of planned preventative maintenance programs and the management of sub-contractors performance
- Good communication both Thai and English skills and an ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organisation
- Computer literacy, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Understand contract obligations
- A professional attitude towards communicating with clients
- Able to provide of presentation, organisation and time management skills
- Preparation of monthly and annual operating expense budgets and monitoring against performance
- Maintenance of a good relationship with the client management and staff.
- Assist Responsible attitude towards the adherence to all Occupational Health and safety conditions
- Assist Procurement knowledge, sourcing activity, payment system and invoicing process
