รายละเอียดงาน
•Propose and ensure the company conducts safety activities in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health laws.
•Investigate and compile statistical reports along with recommendations regarding potential accident hazards.
•Oversee and monitor safety-related operations to ensure compliance with the law and the company's work procedures.
•Coordinate with foreigners to provide advice on operations in compliance with the law.
•Prepare reports and information as requested by the head office (over sea), including receiving audit.
•Collaborate with governmental agencies and regional authorities to fulfil reporting requirements.
•Drive the implementation and promotion of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14000 within the company.
•Maintain the ongoing execution of safety practices and activities, ensuring adherence to relevant safety legislation, global standards, and company standards.
•Develop and deliver safety training for employees.
•Summary risk assessments of each department.
•Other duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related fields.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in industrial safety
- Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety
- Experience in ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001.
- Experience in waste management system and related report (I-industry and I-single form)
- Good knowledge on Occupational heal, safety and environmental laws and requirements.
- Knowledge on health, Safety, and Environment Management.
- Knowledge on Risk assessment and hazardous identification.
- Proficient in MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to deal with emergency cases and incident.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Good in problem Solving and Coaching skill
