รายละเอียดงาน
-Managing of all day to day activities in a high performing production area.
- Improving the development of manpower with intermediates plants,
- Maintaining quality systems and standards: ISO22000, GHP&HACCP
- Planning and monitoring maintenance tasks for the plant and its equipment and
machinery
- Improvement process and cost saving and searching for innovation.
- Creating productivity improvement by following up on new
Technology / knowledge and improvement of machine production process / method,
- Compiling operation and management reports
- Supervising and Motivation for all worker as team.
- Carrying out regular health and safety in whole team
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- BaBachelor's Degree or Higher in Food Science & Technology, Industrial Engineer or any related field
- At least 5-8 years’ experience from Food & Beverages Industry.
- Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, be energetic and a strategic thinker.
- Understanding of productivity, cost control and basic profit and loss
- Good Computer proficiency.
- Experience in working with Sausage will be specially considered.
