Job Purpose:
We are looking for Product Manager, who is able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as understand user pain points and need for IT Solution.
Able to work in a part of internal delivery team to lead and provide direction on business requirement compromise with budget, time, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead channels development and identify new opportunities by identifying high-potential resellers to expand projects reach
•Execute product sales strategies and proactively redesign selling plans
•Conduct business case evaluation and ROI, rebate analysis to determine the most profitable approach for expanding the product portfolio
•Determine product specification, pricing and time-integrated plans for new product introduction in market
•Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and resource allocation and manage project budgets to ensure successful project execution
•Analyze and compare competitor’s pricing and feature sets to maintain a superior value proposition
•Review and monitor inventory levels and product aging schedules to optimize stock availability and minimize financial write-offs
•Collaborate closely with vendors, partners, and internal sales teams to synchronize efforts and ensure unified success for the cross-functional
•Recruit, train and manage product team by planning, monitoring and appraising job results through a performance-driven culture
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Entrepreneur or a related field
- 5-10 years in Product Management or Business Development within the IT sector, specifically in a Distribution or Reseller-facing environment
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and leading large-scale projects
- Strong ability to interpret market trends, financial data (P&L), and competitive landscapes
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-level executives and external partners
- Strong understanding of product technology, IT Hardware, Infrastructure, Network & Server or IT Solution
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work seamlessly with sales teams and venders
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams and Analytical thinking
- Good in English both communication and Presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
- Flexible and open to travel as required (domestic and international), Seasonal Events
