รายละเอียดงาน
• Manage and support Cloud services such as O365, Hybrid Azure AD, Intune, VMware Workspace One (AirWatch).
• Manage and Support On-premise Microsoft Product (Window Server Roles, Active Directory, CA, etc).
• Conduct proof-of-concept testing with Engineering teams and evaluation of new products/solutions integrate with Microsoft product
• Configure, update, and Maintenance and Service support relate Windows Server Roles, and Relate Microsoft product.
• Work with internal cross functional teams to standardize solution and implementation.
• Incident management, troubleshooting, and performing root cause analysis.
• Coordinating with user for project installation, implementation and project management.
• Coordinate with the other parties and vendors to find the right solution.
• Support user request and troubleshooting user problems.
• Other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
- 2-3 Years Experience in Microsoft product: Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Windows Service (CA, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Print Sharing, FTP/FTPS/sFTP).
- Fair communicates in English.
- Knowledge of scripting such as PowerShell script, VBscript, Batch script.
- Knowledge of VDI (Citrix, VMWare).
- Knowledge of Cloud Service: Azure AD, Exchange Online, O365, Intune, VMware Workspace One (AirWatch).
- Experience in Microsoft product: Active Directory, Windows Server Roles and Windows Services (e.g, CA, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Print Sharing, FTP/FTPS/sFTP)
- Have good understanding and proven experiences in servers and client management and application deployment (over LAN, WAN and VPN)
- Able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Have great service mind.
- Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
