Job Summary:
Direct Import & Brand Management Executive plays a key role in commercial and inventory decision-making for imported beauty brands. This role focuses on sales forecasting, purchase planning, and ensuring the right products are available at the right time to drive revenue and margin growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to plan and forecast sales by SKU for new launches and replenishments.
- Analyze historical sales trends, market demand, and store/channel performance to develop accurate purchase quantity recommendations.
- Plan and manage purchase order (PO) timing and quantities to align with launch schedules.
- Monitor sell-through rates, aging stock, and stock coverage to ensure healthy inventory levels while minimizing overstock and understock risks.
- Support brand negotiations by providing commercial data, cost simulations, and inventory planning insights.
- Work closely with Trade Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure product readiness, on-shelf availability, and campaign alignment.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews of direct import SKUs and recommend buying actions accordingly.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, or merchandising (preferably in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or FMCG).
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to merchandise planning.
- Excellent analytical and forecasting skills with a data-first mindset.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with planning tools, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (Korean is a plus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams.
- Passion for beauty trends and a strong understanding of retail dynamics is a significant advantage.
